Lympha
Press from Mego Afek is a unique treatment system for
the most severe cases of lymphedema. Pressure range is 20-180 mmHg.
The Lympha Press device treats lymphedema using physiological principles.
Pressure is distributed into overlapping air compartments which
are contained in a special sleeve. The compartments are sequentially
inflated, from distal to proximal, massaging the limb in a proximal
direction. The overlapping compartments prevent any gaps in treatment,
to achieve a maximal and safe reduction of the lymphedema.
The treatment cycle starts by filling the distal compartment first
and continues inflating the remaining compartments in sequence during
the first 24 seconds until all are full. The pressure is held in
all compartments for 2 seconds, then deflates for four seconds which
completes the 30 seconds cycle. The cycle then repeats itself.
A wide range of garment sizes is available, for treating people
of all shapes and sizes with varying degrees of lymphedema. Each
garment comes with either 3 zippers or 3 velcro straps for size
adjustment.

Wright
Linear Pump offers the only gradient, sequential pump
available that is completely programmable. Wright Linear Pumps effective
low-pressure systems work in harmony with the body's own hydrostatic
pressure and will accommodate pediatric patients as well as sitiuation
in which only low pressures can be tolerated.
All models have regulator locks to insure safety. The 3-chamber
sleeve can be customized to accommodate any medical situation. Care
givers can treat two limbs simultaneously with Pro 52 and Pro-Lite
52.
PRO-52
• Fully programmable, calibrated, gradient pressure.
• The controls on the panel provide the physician or therapist
total control of timing and gradient pressure for each cell.
The flexibility of this programmable pump offers the physician
or therapist the ability to specify exactly what best suits the
condition and requirements of each individual patient. This model
offers total flexibility for prescribing intermittent cycling of
"ON" time (under pressure), "OFF" time (at atmospheric
pressure), and delays.
PRO-LITE 52
- Gradient sequential compression
- Programmable pressures and preset cycle time
The automatic timing and adjustable pressures make this pump very
user friendly and perfect for home use. With the high quality components
Wright Linear Pump is known for, the Pro-Lite 52 is very dependable.
